By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Photography and Recording: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and you grant the event organizers permission to use your likeness in any and all media for promotional purposes without compensation.
2. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participating in a dance party/concert involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, potential injury from dancing, moving in crowded areas, and interacting with other attendees. By entering this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
3. Prohibited Activities:
   • Staging: Attendees are strictly prohibited from accessing the stage or any staging areas. Unauthorized entry onto the stage may result in immediate removal from the event.
   • Crowd Surfing and Shoulder Riding: For the safety of all attendees, crowd surfing and riding on others’ shoulders are strictly prohibited.
   • Aggressive Behavior: Engaging in mosh pits, slam dancing, or any form of aggressive physical activity that could harm yourself or others is not allowed.
   • Throwing Objects: Throwing objects, including but not limited to drinks, clothing, or any other items, is strictly prohibited.
   • Use of Pyrotechnics or Lasers: The use of pyrotechnics, lasers, or any other unauthorized visual or lighting devices is not permitted and may lead to immediate ejection from the event.
   • Unauthorized Sales or Distribution: Selling or distributing goods, promotional materials, or any other items without prior written consent from the event organizers is prohibited.
   • Illegal Substances and Weapons: The possession or use of illegal substances, weapons, or any items deemed dangerous is strictly forbidden. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
4. Release of Liability: By attending this event, you agree to release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and all affiliated personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage you may sustain as a result of attending this event.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and affiliated personnel from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your actions or behavior during the event.
6. Compliance with Rules: You agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by event staff. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the event without a refund.
7. Data Consent: By providing your contact information and attending this event, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data by the event organizers. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you provide. You agree that the event organizers may use this information to contact you via email, SMS/text messages, or other forms of communication for event-related purposes, marketing, promotions, and other notifications. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, and you may opt out of receiving communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
